BEAUSEJOUR also offers a charming restaurant and a lounge opened on the beautifully landscaped garden where jasmine,hibiscus and alamanda grow among an abundance of mango, grapefruit or lime trees.
     Refined simplicity where one can sample local delicacies such as plantain or papaya cakes, bouillabaisse or filets of fish in a coriander and safran sauce.
Upon reservation only,a gastronomical feast is available in the plantation house and offers such treats as fresh sauteed foie gras with coffee and ginger honey or crawfish and fresh water prawns in a rhum and thyme sauce.
